[体外研究]

叶酸钠在防止染色体断裂和DNA低甲基化方面起着关键作用[1]。

[体内研究]

叶酸钠(10、50、100 mg/kg;p.o.)在该行为小鼠模型中显示出抗抑郁作用[2]。叶酸钠(1,10 nmol/位点)在习惯于新环境的小鼠中没有显示出精神刺激作用[2]。叶酸钠(1,5 mg/kg;p.o.)可防止大鼠后代肝脏基因表达的表观遗传修饰[3]。动物模型:30-40 g瑞士小鼠[2]剂量:10、50、100 mg/kg给药:P.o.结果:减少强迫游泳试验(FST)中的不动时间(F324=11.21),并对尾部悬吊试验(TST)中不动时间产生显著影响(F3,20=5.71)。动物模型:30-40g瑞士小鼠[2]剂量:1-10nmol/部位给药:静脉注射。结果:减少小鼠在FST(F3,22=12.31)和TST(F33,22=5.50)中的不动时间。动物模型:处女雌性Wistar大鼠[3]剂量:1,5 mg/kg(180 g/kg蛋白质加1 mg/kg叶酸或90 g/kg酪蛋白加1,5 g/kg叶氨酸)给药:P.o.结果:预防表观生长
