[体外研究]

L-亮氨酸-L-亮氨酸甲酯(1 mM；0.5-2小时)增强MEF和A549细胞中LRRK2介导的Rab10和Rab12磷酸化[3]。L-亮氨酸-L-亮氨酸甲酯(10-250μ米；15分钟)被CD4-淋巴细胞转化为CCI3COOH不溶性产物[2]。
