戊菌隆用途

【用途一】
脲类杀菌剂,无内吸性,有良好的治疗和持效活性,对立枯丝菌引起的病害有特殊的作用。用于水稻、麦类、马铃薯、蔬菜、观赏植物等。如防治水稻纹枯病,用25%可湿性粉剂叶面喷雾,用药量为0.15~0.25kg/hm2。用于防治马铃薯黑痣病,用1。5%无漂粉剂0.5kg/100kg块茎拌种。用于防治佐佐木薄膜革菌,用150~250g有效成分/hm2喷雾2次。

戊菌隆制备

异氰酸酯法
苯基异氰酸酯的制备 以氯苯为溶剂,通入光气,再在室温下边通光气、边滴加苯胺氯苯溶液,反应温度低于40℃,1h滴毕。于130℃升温回流3h,反应过程继续通入光气,使光气总量与苯胺达3:1(mol)。反应毕稍冷,于90~100℃通氮,赶走反应生成的HCl和未反应的COCl2,然后加入占反应液质量20%的高温点溶剂,减压蒸馏,蒸出苯基异氰酸酯,收率97%,纯度>95%。
N-对氯苄基-N-环戊胺的制备 将30g(95%,0.2mol)对氯苄胺和18.3g (99%,0.22mol)环戊酮、200mL乙醇、3Raney Ni加入到500mL高压釜中,封好高压釜,设定温度40℃,通入H2气压力3MPa,开动搅拌,保持温度和氢气压,反应8h后,过滤回收套用催化剂,滤液脱溶,至真空度为0.09MPa,得产物34.5g,收率88%,含量94.0%。
戊菌隆的合成 将苯基异氰酸酯与4-氯苄基环戊基胺于50℃反应7h,合成戊菌隆。

苯胺与N-(4-氯苄基)-N-环戊基氨基甲酰氯反应,合成戊菌隆。
