[体内研究]

喷康唑(67mg/kg；静脉注射；9天内每隔2天)诱导大鼠大脑和小脑组织的氧化应激[2]。喷康唑具有诱导成年大鼠脑组织氧化损伤的能力,表现为脂质过氧化和蛋白质氧化的增加,以及酶和非酶抗氧化状态的扰动。喷康唑还影响胆碱能系统、膜结合atp酶活性和脑组织结构。喷康唑是一种潜在的神经毒性农药,通过产生氧化应激来发挥其神经毒性作用。喷康唑可显著抑制成年大鼠大脑(11%)和小脑(25%)的AChE活性[2]。动物模型：12只雄性Wistar大鼠[2]剂量：67mg/kg给药：I.p.；9天内每2天一次。结果：大脑和小脑的绝对重量和相对重量分别显著增加。
