六氟丙酮制备
1.由全氟异丁烯经高锰酸钾氧化而得。全氟异丁烯由四氟乙烯裂解制得,氧化反应结束后,将温度降至30℃以下。所得产物经粗馏与钾盐分离,塔顶可得30%左右的全氟丙酮水合物,经粗馏可得95%以上的产品。
2.以六氟环氧丙烷在Sb2O5催化剂存在下,在<200℃和0.103-14.179MPa下,进行异构化制取。
