2-溴苯乙酮制备

由苯乙酮溴化而得。将水、苯加入反应锅中，搅拌，在25℃迅速加入溴素，缓缓升温至55-60℃，反应10-20min，加入冰水，冷至0-5℃，甩滤，滤饼用冰水洗涤，甩干，即得溴苯乙酮。收率92%。上述反应过程中，反应锅内能发出闷雷般的响声。也可以使苯乙酮在乙醚溶剂中滴加溴素反应，并用在反应液中加入无水三氯化铝。此法以88-96%的产率获得粗品。另外，苯乙酮与溴在三氧化二铝存在下作用亦可制得，收率94%。
