蛋白胨

蛋白胨用途

胰蛋白酶是生物培养基的常见成分。胰蛋白酶是从动物组织(胰腺)的蛋白质水解中提取并被胰腺酶消化的多肽。胰蛋白酶的主要成分是胰蛋白酶对酪蛋白的消化,包括酪蛋白水解产生的蛋白胨、小肽和氨基酸。胰蛋白酶提供细菌生长所需的营养,尤其是氮和碳源。
