[体内研究]

1-脱氧野吉霉素盐酸盐(盐酸杜夫格鲁司他)(20-80 mg/kg；静脉注射；每日4周)具有减肥作用[3]。1-脱氧野吉霉素盐酸盐通过激活db/db小鼠骨骼肌胰岛素信号转导PI3K/AKT通路显著提高胰岛素敏感性[3]。动物模型：db/db小鼠[3]剂量：20、40、80mg/kg,静脉注射,每日4周,结果：体重、血糖、血清胰岛素水平显著降低,糖耐量、胰岛素耐量明显改善。
