锰上下游产品

锰制备

碳酸锰法 将碳酸锰矿和电解过程中产生的阳极液其成分H 2SO 435~40g/L、(NH 4) 2SO 4 120~140 g/L、Mnl6~18 g/L,经浆化后用硫酸浸出,在固 液比1:(8~10),温度80~95℃,经4~8h,浸出终点Ph3.5,浸出液经加入二氧化锰矿粉作氧化剂,再加液氨中和Ph值到7~7.2。粗滤除渣,滤 液加乙硫氮除重金属,经过滤得到可供电解新液,送入电解槽电解,阳极板采用银、锡、锑、铅合金,阳极采用不锈钢板,经24h电解,使电解 锰沉积厚度达1.5~2.0 mm后,定期取下阴极板,经钝化、热水冲洗、烘干、剥离、包装即为电解锰产品。其主要反应如下:
二氧化锰法 将软锰矿与煤粉按一定比例混合,经还原焙烧得一氧化锰,再用硫酸酸解,液氨中和,粗滤除杂质,滤液经加入乙硫氮进一步 除去重金属,精滤后配成电解液,经电解得沉积于阴极板的金属锰,再将阴极板取出经钝化、热水洗、烘干、剥锰,得到金属锰。其
锰在工业上可由干法及湿法(电解法)制备。干法有硅-镁合金或硅还原的电炉法和铝还原的铝热剂法,但所得产品的质量不好。一般高质量产品用电解法即湿法制备。 电解法有:(1)硫酸盐电解法;(2)氯化物电解法。其中(1)法为主要的工业制法。
