锑粒合成路线

锑粒上下游产品

锑粒制备

1.工业生产有蒸馏法和区域熔融法。
蒸馏法将锑块加入反应器中,通入氯气进行氯化反应,生成三氯化锑。将粗品三氯化锑加入蒸馏器中,加入少量金属锑屑,经减压蒸馏除去五氯化锑及其杂质,然后在常压下蒸馏。取221~225℃之馏分,经冷却结晶,得到三氯化锑,经还原后,制得金属锑纯度≥99.999%。再以此金属锑为原料,经双精馏提纯后,制得高纯锑的纯度≥99.9999%。

2.将锑、硝酸钠和碳酸钠以1:1,25:0.25的比例搅拌均匀,并加热至微红:

冷却后用水洗涤混合物,除去亚硝酸钠,剩下的锑酸钠经洗涤和干燥后与等量的酒石酸氢钾( 犓犎 犆犎犗) 共熔:

本法制得的锑不含 As、 Na、 K.含有少量Sb,Fe 和Cu。
