三甲胺上下游产品

三甲胺制备

1.以甲醇与氨(1:2.5)在高温(420℃)、高压(4900kPa)下,以活性氧化铝为催化剂进行反应,制得的粗混甲胺,经分馏得到三甲胺。小量生产时可用甲醛作原料。生产时将氯化铵投入反应锅,一面升温,一面滴加甲醛,并收集蒸出物,直到温度升到148℃,即为甲基化反应终点。出料,得三甲胺盐酸盐([593-81-7])。蒸出的甲醛溶液备用。将三甲胺盐酸盐用氢氧化钠溶液混合加热至80℃,游离出三甲胺气体。

精制方法:常含有甲醇、甲胺、二甲胺等杂质。可利用萃取蒸馏或共沸蒸馏进行精制。要得到纯净的三甲胺,可加入醋酐或乙酰氯进行蒸馏。伯胺、仲胺生成乙酰化物,沸点高不易蒸出。将馏出的三甲胺用活性氧化铝处理后,加芴酮钠干燥备用。此外,将其通过一个装有固体氢氧化钾的干燥塔,可得纯的干燥气态三甲胺。若要精制三甲胺盐酸盐可用氯仿、乙醇、丙醇或苯和甲醇的混合液重结晶,并在盛有石蜡的真空干燥器中干燥。
