溴甲酚绿制备

1.将间甲苯酚磺酰酞悬浮在冰醋酸中，在加热情况下与溴反应而得。

2.边搅拌边将间甲酚紫的醋酸溶液慢慢滴加到溴的醋酸溶液中，控制温度不超过80℃：

连续搅拌并保温数小时，冷却，过滤，用醋酸洗涤沉淀2次，于50～60℃干燥。干燥后的粗品用冰醋酸进行重结晶。
