氯化钯用途
用途二:主要用于制造特种产品催化剂、分子筛,配制非导体材料镀层用的表面活化剂,制作气体敏感元件等
用途三:用作分析试剂
用途四:主要用作乙烯法制乙醛的催化剂和其他钯系催化剂。制造分子筛,配制非导体材料镀层用的表面活化剂。用于制造气体敏感元件等。
用途五:1、点滴测定钯、汞、铊和碘,提纯稀有气味,氯化钯试纸检验一氧化碳、检定钴。2、催化剂,末端烯径(α-烯径)生成甲基酮的氧化催化。3、通过Wacker反应,在水溶液中用空气作氧化剂,使烯径氧化成醛。4、用于合成半导体含金属聚合体,该聚合体具有聚吡咯骨架,符合能量最小且接近平面。

氯化钯制备
1.将钯粉加入盛有盐酸的反应器中,在搅拌下通入空气进行氧化反应,生成氯化钯溶液,经溶液提纯、过滤、蒸发浓缩、冷却结晶、离心分离、干燥,制得氯化钯成品。其反应方程式如下:
2.在瓷舟内放入疏松的海绵状钯,瓷舟置于硬质玻璃管内,通入Cl2气。在500℃下加热至暗红色。
3.把很细的Pd粉浸入浓盐酸中通入Cl2气。Pd粉逐渐溶解,溶液呈暗红色,其中含有H2[PdCl4]和H2[PdCl6]。将溶液在水浴上蒸发至干,再在200℃下干燥至恒重,即得PdCl2。
4.用浓盐酸浸泡清洗金属钯,并滤干,然后加入盐酸和硝酸 ( 均多于理论量的1.5倍) ,搅拌均匀,静置,使其完全溶解:
经过滤后,滤液加热蒸发至出现结晶时,边搅拌边慢慢加入盐酸至不再逸出二氧化氮气体为止。继续蒸发至干。然后将蒸干的物质完全溶解在盐酸水溶液中[ 盐酸( 相对密度1.19) ∶水=1∶ 9( 体
积) ] 。用砂芯漏斗过滤,加热滤液并蒸发浓缩至全部结晶,并无氯化氢气味后,于100~120℃干燥,得成品。采用高纯盐酸、硝酸及电导水,可制得高纯氯化钯。
