Ca 2+ Mg 2+Fe 3+等杂质离子。检验这些离子合格后,过滤,在搅拌下向滤液中加入化学纯盐酸进行中和至ph=4~5。加热蒸发使晶体全部析出。离心甩干,置于烘箱内于80~100℃烘干,得试剂氯化钠。
5.加热搅拌使40g分析纯氯化钠溶解于120ml高纯水。加入2~3ml铁溶液 (7mg/ml ) ,搅拌均匀后,滴加提纯氨水至ph值为10左右。水浴加热使氢氧化铁沉淀析出,过滤。滤液放在铂皿中,低温密闭蒸发至结晶薄膜,冷却抽滤,乙醇洗涤后,在真空干燥箱内于105℃和2666Pa压力下干燥。此法得到的氯化钠经光谱定性分析仅含微量Si、AL、Mg和痕量Ca。 6. 盐田法 这是古老的制盐方法,海水受热,水分逐渐蒸发,盐的浓度逐渐升高,可以得到各种盐。当水分蒸发到90%时,食盐开始析出。 7. 电渗析法 利用电力使海水中的氯化钠浓缩。该方法是日本主要的氯化钠生产方法。 8. 冷冻法 温度降到零下18℃时海水会结冰。对制盐来说,去掉冰就等于盐田法的蒸发。温度不断降低,会结晶出不同的物质。在零下22.4℃之前将固体和海体分开,就可以得到纯净的氯化钠结晶。
