氯化锰制备
1.开始时,在常温下将碳酸锰置于氯化氢气流中,直至不再产生二氧化碳。接着,在继续通氯化氢的同时,加热至暗红热状态。再在红热状态下熔融,经放置即析出MnCl2结晶。
2.取乙酸锰4g,加入装有分液漏斗的玻璃容器中,再加入苯15mL,用磁力搅拌器充分搅拌,并从分液漏斗慢慢滴入超过计算量10%的乙酰氯CH3COCl,充分搅拌30min后,生成二氯化锰的沉淀,过滤,除去母液,再加入与前面等量的乙酰氯,煮沸5min,用苯洗涤3次,每次用20mL。最后置氮气流中于200℃下加热3h。
3.菱锰矿 盐酸法 经粉碎的菱锰矿在反应器中与过量的盐酸反应完全后,加入石灰中和过量的盐酸,控制ph值为4左右,加入过氧化氢除去铁。然后在溶液中加入硫酸锰除去钙,净化后的溶液经蒸发、过滤、再蒸发浓缩、冷却结晶、离心分离,制得氯化锰成品。其反应式如下:
4.软锰矿 盐酸法 将软锰矿与煤粉混合,还原焙烧生成一氧化锰,或锰矿直接与盐酸反应,经过滤除杂、浓缩、冷却结晶、离心分离,制得氯化锰成品。其反应式如下:
