过硫酸钠制备

1.用过硫酸铵与硫酸钠和硫酸进行复分解反应制得。

2.用碳酸钠来处理过二硫酸铵可制得过二硫酸钠。在通风柜中，将43g Na2CO3·10H2O与34g (NH4)2S2O8混合并研磨成糊状体，为了除去氨，可将混合物加热至40～50℃，或者通入不含CO2的空气。然后用玻璃砂芯漏斗将结晶体抽干，并放在暗处干燥。用氢氧化钠代替碳酸钠可以制得更纯的产品。在500mL的圆底烧瓶中放入122g(NH4)2S2O8和100mL浓度为33%的NaOH溶液。将烧瓶与真空泵相连，稍稍加热，在30～40℃的温度下使氨和水蒸出。在溶液体积减至原来的一半后，将溶液冷却，用玻璃砂芯漏斗将结晶抽干，并在30～40℃下干燥1～2h。
