三氟化磷制备

将在140~150℃下干燥过夜的热的无水氟化锌粉末50~60g放在500mL双颈圆底烧瓶中,装上滴液漏斗和导管,后者依次连接安全瓶、盛有浓硫酸的洗气瓶,和两个干冰丙酮冷冻的捕集器。从滴液漏斗中将45mL三氯化磷滴入烧瓶中。本反应是有一较长诱发期的强烈的放热反应,开始的1~2min内以每秒钟1滴的速度加入。然后调节三氯化磷的加入速度,并将烧瓶浸入冷水浴中,使三氯化磷的小液滴凝聚在烧瓶的冷部位上。以控制产生三氟化磷的速度(从硫酸洗瓶中也可以观察出来)。约1.5~2h滴完三氯化磷。反应的最后阶段可改为热水浴,使反应完全。
