硅烷制备
1.如图组装装置。在反应瓶和加料漏斗里分别装入1.14g LiAlH4于70mL乙醚中的溶液和2.30mL SiCl4于50mL乙醚中的图硅烷的制备装置溶液。在整个合成过程中,把冷浴和指型冷却管分别保持在-15~-20℃和-78.5℃。将仪器抽空后,乙醚开始回流,此时必须要注意避免过多的骤沸。然后,将靠近反应装置的U形管接收器冷却到-95℃(用甲苯冻膏),其余四个接收器冷却到-196℃(液氮)。在搅拌下,用15min将SiCl4+乙醚溶液加入到LiAlH4悬浮液中。为了避免乙醚剧烈回流,使甲硅烷连续地以中等速度分出。调节反应器和真空管路之间的玻璃活塞便可以容易地控制反应速度。将SiCl4加完后,继续搅拌15~20min,以保证反应完全。在此期间,将反应器和真空系统切断以免乙醚逃逸过多。当甲硅烷从真空系统排净之后,将空气通入反应器,拆开真空系统。

从液氮冷却的接收器中取出分离物(甲硅烷及痕量乙醚),集中到一起,将-95℃接收器接收的物料放掉(主要为乙醚)。为了除去痕量的乙醚,最好在-130℃的接收器通过5次(用戊烷冷却),而收集在-196℃接收器中,纯甲硅烷的收率为SiCl4的80%。杂质有氯化氢,此氯化氢,以-160℃接收器来代替-130℃接收器,几乎可以完全除去。最后残余的痕量氯化氢,用水或湿的1,2-二甲氧基乙烷处理之后,通过-130℃接收器可以除去。
