硫代氨基脲制备
以硫脲与水合肼为原料进行加热反应制得。
2.冷却条件下将31%~36%的盐酸加到30%的水合肼溶液中,使溶液ph值为3左右,在搅拌下加入过量的98%的硫氰化铵溶液,控制温度在30℃以下加入少量丙酮,加热回流4~5h,进行反应:
反应结束后,冷却、过滤,用少量5%的氢氧化钠稀溶液洗涤结晶,以除去双硫脲,再用少量水洗涤,用水-乙醇溶液进行重结晶提纯。
