四溴乙烷制备
1.由乙炔和溴素加成而得。将溴素加入搪玻璃反应锅内,加入少量水以封闭溴素液面。然后从液下徐徐通入乙炔气体,保持在58-62℃,0.02-0.05MPa的条件下通气反应5-7小时,待反应液渐呈黄色即停止反应。将反应液用稀碳酸钠溶液洗涤,再用清水洗涤至中性,分净洗水,得四溴乙烷成品。原料消耗定额:溴素1110kg/t、电石1940kg/t。
2.将净化了的乙炔直接通入事先放入溴素及水的反应器中,控制压力1.9613~4.9033KPa、反应温度<50℃条件下进行反应,然后用稀碱液洗涤,除去上层碱液后,用水洗,制得成品。
