[体内研究]

己雌酚(3和6 mg/kg;每天一次,持续30天)对3 mg/kg剂量的小鼠卵巢没有显著影响[2]。动物模型:小肌(90~120天,25~50g)[2]剂量:3,6mg/kg(采用与牛增重相同的剂量)给药:每日1次,连续30d。结果:3mg/kg剂量的卵巢内可见大量不同发育阶段的卵泡。未检测到剂量为6mg/kg的黄体(CL)。
