菲制备

1.菲是煤焦油中含量较多的组分,约占煤焦油的5%,仅次于萘含量。煤焦油300-360℃馏程范围的一蒽油中,含量最多为菲,其次是蒽和咔唑等。菲的提取方法通常是把一蒽油冷却、结晶,再用真空吸滤或离心过滤分离除去油分。油分中溶有较多的菲可用精密蒸馏法回收。所得的结晶称为粗蒽,其中含蒽25-30%、咔唑22-25%、菲30%左右。粗蒽用重苯萃取、冷却、过滤,滤液蒸去溶剂后进行重结晶、过滤。取滤液精馏,即得工业菲,经磺化结晶可得精菲。

2. 烟草:OR,57。合成:用戊烷萃取。

3. 也可用邻硝基苯甲醛与苯乙酸合成。
