1.将苯酚和过量的氢氧化钠混合,配成酚钠溶液,加热至60~65℃,缓缓加入氯仿,反应最初为紫色,渐渐转为橙红色,反应完毕后,将过剩的氯仿用水蒸气蒸出,生成的水杨醛钠盐经酸中和后,再通水蒸气蒸出水杨醛即可。
2.将邻甲苯酚与三氯氧磷混合后,在一定温度下反应,生成磷酸三邻甲苯酚酯。然后通入氯气至生成α- α -二氯衍生物为止,最后,经水解蒸馏得高收率,高含量的水杨醛产品。主要反应如下:
