由萘与溴反应而得。在反应锅中加入四氯化碳和萘，搅拌加热，在45℃慢慢加入溴素。加完后于70-80℃保温反应3-4h。蒸馏回收四氯化碳，将反应物洗涤、减压蒸馏、再洗涤、过滤、干燥而得成品。
