[体外研究]

过氧化物酶属于几乎所有生物体中存在的一大类同工酶。这些酶通常含有血红素,分子量在35-100kd之间。哺乳动物的过氧化物酶比植物的过氧化物酶大得多(576-738个氨基酸)。过氧化物酶以单体、二聚体或四聚体的形式存在,其基因位置也因染色体的不同而不同。过氧化物酶具有某些器官、组织、细胞和亚细胞的特异性分布模式,具有某些特定的功能[1]。
