末端脱氧核糖核苷酸转移酶(TdT)催化脱氧核糖核苷酸三磷酸酯缩合到DNA链的3'羟基端,并在V(D)J重组期间将N区添加到基因片段连接处。末端脱氧核糖核苷酸转移酶在未成熟、前B、前T淋巴细胞和急性淋巴细胞白血病/淋巴瘤细胞中表达[1]。
