白喉毒素CRM197是一种酶活性低、无毒的白喉毒素,含有单一氨基酸替代物(G52E)。由于天然无毒,CRM197是一种理想的载体蛋白,可用于结合疫苗对抗包膜细菌,目前用于全球儿童接种流感嗜血杆菌、肺炎球菌和脑膜炎球菌[1][2]。白喉毒素是一种由白喉棒状杆菌裂解株分泌的单一多肽,通过进入细胞胞浆并抑制蛋白质合成而引起人类白喉疾病[3][4]。
