N,N-二乙基对苯二胺制备
以N,N-二乙基苯胺为原料,经亚硝化、还原、中和而得:工艺过程如下:(1)亚硝化在釜中加入150kg水,35kg N,N-二乙基苯胺和72kg盐酸,冷至0℃。在0-5℃,加入50%亚硝酸钠溶液(以100%18.5kg配成)。加毕,搅拌半小时,加入6kg食盐。搅拌2h。过滤得对亚硝基-N,N-二乙基苯胺。(2)还原、中和 在釜中加入150kg水及11kg盐酸。搅拌,加入41kg铁粉,降温至15℃,在20-25℃加亚硝基物。加毕,补加铁粉5kg,在20-25℃搅拌3h。加入碳酸钠7kg,搅拌15min,过滤。滤饼以热水洗涤。滤液和洗液中加入50kg液碱(30%),15kg食盐,静置分层。上层物料蒸馏釜,于120-150℃及真空度为8kPa减压蒸馏收集馏分,得对氨基-N,N-二乙基苯胺。
