邻二甲苯制备

1.工业上采用超精馏的方法从混合二甲苯中分离出邻二甲苯。邻二甲苯与混合二甲苯中其他组分的沸点相差5℃以上,精馏时需要塔板数约150,回流比5-8,需消耗较多能量。由分馏煤焦油的轻油部分或催化重整轻油经分馏,或由甲苯经歧化而成。

2.以工业邻二甲苯为原料,先用工业浓硫酸洗涤至酸层无色,再依次用10%氢氧化钠溶液、水洗涤至合格,分出水层后用无水氯化钙干燥,然后精馏,待馏出物清亮后,收集中间馏分,即为纯品。
