[体外研究]

PKI(5-24)是已合成的20个残基肽,与骨骼肌抑制蛋白的活性部位相对应[1]。PKI(5-24)抑制突变体cGMP激酶的磷酸转移酶活性,其效价高于野生型,Ki值分别为42μΜ和160μΜ[2]。
