[体外研究]

α-黑素细胞刺激素(MSH),酰胺是一种古老的十三肽,在所有主要形式的炎症中都具有强大的抑制活性。 α-黑素细胞刺激素(α-MSH)通过下调促炎细胞因子白细胞介素-1(IL-1),肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α和IL的产生和活性而起到抗炎剂的作用。 -6在免疫系统的各种细胞中表达。它还控制与炎症相关的一氧化氮产生。 α-MSH抑制由TNF和其他炎症因子诱导的核因子-κB(NF-κB)依赖性基因转录和NF-κB通路。 α-MSH的这种活性是通过产生环腺苷一磷酸(cAMP)和蛋白激酶A(PKA)酶的活化来介导的。 α-MSH作为通过NF-κB活化导致的各种病症的有效治疗剂,包括炎性疾病,AIDS中的人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)复制(获得性免疫缺陷综合征)和败血症性休克[2]。

α-黑色素细胞刺激素(MSH),酰胺(α-MSH)在动物的黑色素生成中起重要作用。 α-MSH调节几种皮肤病的发展,包括皮肤炎症和过度增生性皮肤病[2]。
