MMRi62 shows a P53-independent pro-apoptotic activity against pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) cells and induce Autophagy. MMRi62 inducesFerroptosis, resulting in a increase of reactive oxygen and lysosomal degradation of ferritin heavy chain (FTH1).
