2-Iminobiotin (Guanidinobiotin) 是一种生物素 (维生素 H 或 B7) 类似物。2-Iminobiotin 是一种可逆的 NO 合酶抑制剂,作用于小鼠 iNOS 和大鼠 n-cNOS,Ki 值分别为 21.8 和 37.5 μM。2-Iminobiotin 与低温环境可保护人类神经细胞免受缺氧诱导的细胞损伤。
