Cercosporin 由植物病原体 Cercosporakikuchii 和 elsinochromes,elsinoe 家族真菌的色素产生。Cercosporin 是一种有效的光敏剂,具有短的活化波长,主要适用于表面 PDT 光动力治疗 (尤其适用于避免穿孔的治疗)。Cercosporin 是 PKC 的抑制剂,含有 PKC 活性所必需的醌结构特征, 其 IC50=0.6-1.3 μM。

[体外研究]

陶瓷孢菌素(0.8-8.0μm；30 s,60 s,90 s,120 s)光动力疗法(PDT)效果在T98G细胞中比U87或MCF7细胞强,T98G细胞(0.14 J cm2)的LD50值远小于MCF-7和U87细胞系(分别为0.26和0.24 J cm2)的LD50值[1]。陶瓷孢菌素(0-3μm；24小时)与铜的相互作用导致MCF7和T98G细胞的协同细胞毒性,即S(CuSO4+CeRCO)S(CuSO4)x S(CeRCO),在U87细胞中几乎没有附加效应[1]。细胞活力测定[1]细胞系：人GBM细胞系,T98G和U87；乳腺癌细胞系,MCF-7浓度：0μm,1μm,2μm,3μm孵育时间：24小时结果：仅在大多数呼吸细胞系(MCF-7和T98G)中表现出与铜的协同细胞毒性。
