Erythromycin estolate 是红霉素衍生物,是一种大环内酯类抗生素,用于治疗多种细菌感染。Erythromycin estolate 引起数例肝损伤,主要包括胆汁淤积性肝炎。Erythromycin estolate 的毒性与其对胆汁酸运输的抑制作用有关。
