• 体外研究: 奈巴单抗(24μg/mL,24小时) 在全身炎症反应综合征 (先生们)患者的全血中诱导产生 白细胞介素-6[2]奈巴单抗(0-100μg/mL)抑制外周血单核细胞产生 TNF-α、IL-1β和 白细胞介素-6[3]奈巴单抗(1和 100μg/mL,14天) 抑制内毒素对大鼠中耳上皮细胞的增殖和形态学影响[4]。
• 体内研究: 奈巴单抗(3mg/kg静脉注射) 降低感染了 大肠杆菌的小鼠的内毒素循环水平[5]。 动物模型：感染大肠杆菌的小鼠[5]剂量：3 mg/kg给药：静脉注射结果：降低循环内毒素水平。肠系膜淋巴结减少。
