• 体外研究: Sulbutiamine对经受氧-葡萄糖剥夺的海马CA1锥体神经元显示出神经保护作用。 Sulbutiamine以浓度依赖性方式增强电生理特性,如兴奋性突触传递和内在神经元膜输入阻力[1]。 Sulbutiamine减弱由血清剥夺诱导的凋亡细胞死亡,并以剂量依赖性方式刺激GSH和GST活性。此外,sulbutiamine可降低切割的caspase-3和AIF的表达[2]。
