• 体外研究: ODN 2336(0.5µM；24、48小时)上调f CD69和IFN-α的表达[1]。ODN 2336(3µg/ml；4小时)在人PBMC中刺激4小时后IP-10 mRNA的转录[1]。ODN 2336(3µg/ml；2、4、16小时)在16小时点上调IL-18 mRNA的表达[1]。ODN 2336(50μg/mL；20小时)与IL-3(10 ng/mL)一起诱导成人和脐血血浆中IFN-α的产生[2]。ODN 2336(0.3125-5µg/ml；24小时)以剂量依赖性方式增加人PBMC中FNA1的产生[3]。
