• 体外研究: 拉普利妥昔单抗显示出对 HNSCC公司细胞系的抗克隆形成和抗增殖活性,集成电路50为 0.003 nM-1.74 nM[3]拉普利妥昔单抗对 非小细胞肺癌细胞系和 表皮生长因子受体突变 HCC827型细胞系具有细胞毒性[2]。 细胞活力测定[3]细胞系：来自人类、恒河猴和食蟹猴动物的PBMC浓度：0-1μg/mL约孵育时间：3天结果：抑制rCD154诱导PBMC增殖,IC50分别为0.02、0.03和0.01μg/mL。
• 体内研究: 拉利妥昔单抗-伊姆坦辛(1-5mg/kg静脉注射) 在 表皮生长因子受体阳性 应力腐蚀开裂异种移植模型中导致肿瘤消退[4]。 动物模型：EGFR阳性SCCHN异种移植模型[4]剂量：1、2.5、5 mg/kg给药：静脉注射。
