毒理学数据:
1、刺激性:人经眼:75ppm ,引起刺激。家兔经皮开放性刺激试验:500mg,轻度刺激。
2、急性毒性:大鼠经口LD50:1535mg/kg;大鼠吸入LD50:32080mg/m3/4H;兔径皮LD50:948mg/kg
3、高浓度的环己酮蒸气具有麻醉性,对皮肤和黏膜有刺激性。对中枢神经有抑制作用。属低毒类。毒性比甲基异丁烯酮、亚异丙基丙酮、环己醇低,但比环己烷和甲基环己醇高。高浓度蒸气有麻醉性,能引起呼吸衰竭,但不像苯那样能使血液中毒。由于沸点高,挥发性低,吸入蒸气引起中毒的情况较少。对人体,200.5mg/m3时刺激黏膜,280.7 mg/m3时对眼、鼻、舌有明显刺激作用。液体进入眼睛时有强烈的刺激感,能伤害角膜。大鼠在32080mg/m3时4小时死亡。能通过皮肤吸收而中毒,与皮肤接触时,应用水和肥皂洗净。嗅觉阈浓度0.24mg/m3。TJ 36-79规定车间空气中最高容许浓度为50mg/m3。大鼠经口LD50为3460mg/kg,小鼠腹腔注射LC50为1950mg/kg。

7.致突变性 微生物致突变试验:鼠伤寒沙门菌20μl/L。细胞遗传学分析:人淋巴细胞5μg/L。
8.致畸性 小鼠孕后6~17d吸入最低中毒剂量(TCLo)1400ppm(6h),致肌肉骨骼系统发育畸形。
9.致癌性 IARC致癌性评论:G3,对人及动物致癌性证据不足。
10.其他 大鼠吸入最低中毒浓度(TCLo):105mg/m3(4h)(孕1~20d用药),致植入前的死亡率升高。小鼠经口最低中毒剂量(TDLo):11g/kg(孕8~12d用药),影响新生鼠的生长统计(如体重增长的减少)。
