【方法一】
以氰化钠为原料与硫酸进行反应制得氢氰酸,氢氰酸再与丙酮反应生成丙酮氰醇,再与浓硫酸反应生成甲基丙烯酰胺硫酸盐,然后与氨水中和制得成品甲基丙烯酰胺。用氰化钠与硫酸反应制得氢氰酸。从氢氰酸开始制备甲基丙烯酰胺硫酸盐,其生产方法都与制甲基丙烯酸相同,得到的甲基丙烯酰胺硫酸盐经氨水中和、萃取、结晶、过滤、低温烘干制得成品。以氰化钠为原料生产甲基丙烯酰胺,每吨产品消耗氰化钠821kg、丙酮(≥98.5%)883kg、硫酸3440kg、液氨650kg。
