• 体外研究: GW 610抑制MCF-7、MDA的增殖 468公里 12、肝癌 2998个细胞,GI50分别为<0.1 nM、<0.1 nM、290 nM和0.25 nM[1]。GW 610(0.1-1μM)在MDA-MB-468、MCF-7、KM12和HCC2998细胞中诱导CYP1A1 mRNA和蛋白质,而CYP2S1和CYP2W1仅在乳腺癌细胞中诱导[3]。Western Blot分析[3]细胞系：MDA-MB-468、MCF-7、KM12和HCC2998细胞浓度：0.1,1μM培养时间：48小时结果：在所有细胞系包括KM12和HCC2998 CRC细胞中诱导CYP1A1 mRNA和蛋白质。在MDA-MB-468和MCF-7乳腺癌细胞中诱导CYP2S1和CYP2W1 mRNA和蛋白表达。
