有二水磷酸氢钙和无水磷酸氢钙两种。在低于36℃时,二水物是稳定的;高于36℃时,无水物是稳定的。常用的为二水物CaHPO4·2H2O,其相对密度为2.306,微溶于水,不溶于乙醇,易溶于稀盐酸、硝酸、醋酸,在空气中稳定,加热至100℃以上,逐渐失去结晶水,加热至175℃以上转化为CaHPO4,在400~430℃时,失去结晶水而成焦磷酸钙Ca2P2O7。结晶水即使在100℃以下,也会慢慢失去。

1.用盐酸或硫酸分解兽骨,再加氢氧化钙,在一定的pH值下沉淀,可得磷酸氢钙,再经过滤、洗涤、干燥可制得成品。

2.以普通过磷酸钙为原料,经多段水萃取、脱氟、石灰乳中和制得。也可由硫酸萃取磷酸经计量后进入脱氟槽,加入脱氟剂脱除氟、砷、铅等过程制得。或者将过磷酸钙粉碎后送入煅烧炉中,在890~1300℃下煅烧,脱氟、脱硫后出料,冷却、粉碎制得。

3.采用磷酸和石灰乳中和法或者磷酸钠盐与氯化钙的复分解反应,反应过程中要注意溶液pH的变化,直至反应终点。生成物溶液经清水洗涤、离心脱水、干燥、粉碎后得成品。

4.将二水合磷酸氢二钠90g(0.5mol)与磷酸二氢钾5g(0.037mol)溶于1L的热水中,将溶液冷却至室温。另外,将六水合氯化钙110g(0.5mol)溶于1L的水中制成溶液。向10g磷酸二氢钾溶于0.5L水所形成的溶液中,将上述两种溶液通过滴液漏斗以同样的速度慢慢滴加,并进行充分搅拌。反应液的pH值最初为4,加入甲基红为指示剂,使其保持pH值为4~5。如果pH值升高,则用磷酸二氢钾溶液调整pH值,以便使其产生沉淀。滴加过程约需2.5至3h。然后,将结晶过滤分离,用330mL磷酸溶液(在1L水中含有45%磷酸0.16mL)洗涤3次,然后用250mL乙醇洗涤,在空气中干燥就可制得二水合物。洗涤操作应快速不间断进行,在20min以内完成。直到洗液的pH值达到5时。
