  • 庆大霉素是一种口服活性氨基糖苷类抗生素,可抑制革兰氏阳性和革兰氏阴性细菌的生长,并抑制组织培养中的几种支原体。庆大霉素抑制DNase I的IC50为0.57 mM[1][2][3][4]。
  • 庆大霉素对大肠埃希菌、产气杆菌、克雷伯杆菌、奇异变形杆菌、 某些吲哚阳性变形杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、某些奈瑟菌、某些无色素沙雷和志贺菌等革兰阴性菌有抗菌作用。革兰阳性菌中,金黄色葡萄球菌(包括产 β-内酰胺酶株)对本品敏感;链球菌(包括化脓性链球菌、肺炎链球菌、粪链 球菌等)均对本品耐药。厌氧菌(拟杆菌属)、结核分枝杆菌、立克次体、真菌和病毒也对本品耐药。近年来,由于本品的广泛应用,耐药菌株逐渐增多, 铜绿假单胞菌、克雷伯杆菌、沙雷杆菌和吲哆阳性变形杆菌对本品的耐药率甚高。庆大霉素主要用于大肠埃希菌、痢疾志贺菌、克雷伯肺炎杆菌、变形杆菌、铜绿假 单胞菌等革兰阴性菌引起的系统或局部感染(对中枢感染无效)。

体外研究 庆大霉素是一种比联合青霉素-链霉素更有效的体外细菌抑制剂,对组织培养单层无毒,不抑制病毒复制[2]。庆大霉素已成功用作商业真菌学培养基中的添加剂,以抑制细菌生长,并已被证明对比青霉素和链霉素更广泛的生物体(铜绿假单胞菌、变形杆菌和粪链球菌)具有杀菌作用[2]。庆大霉素不干扰组织培养中某些回声病毒和脊髓灰质炎病毒产生的细胞病变效应,对恒河猴肾、HeLa和人羊膜细胞无毒,在高压釜温度下稳定[2]。庆大霉素由各种小单孢菌属产生[3]。庆大霉素C1a结合在RNA A位点的主槽中[3]。
体内研究 庆大霉素(口服和注射形式)对鼠疫耶尔森菌具有有效的抗菌活性,如小鼠感染模型所示[3]。庆大霉素(0.27 g/kg)可显著减少小鼠体内异物上的细菌[4]。
