体外研究 夏枯草素通过在转录水平上抑制iNOS和COX-2来抑制LPS诱导的一氧化氮和前列腺素E2的产生[1]。夏枯草素抑制脂多糖诱导的炎症细胞因子的产生和MUC5AC的表达,方法是使TLR4/MyD88通路失活[2]。
