描述 氨基嘌呤醇A是一种有效、选择性和细胞通透性的细胞周期蛋白/Cdk复合物抑制剂。氨基嘌呤醇A优先针对抑制癌细胞分化的G2/M相变。氨基嘌呤醇A通过抑制生理获能依赖的肌动蛋白聚合[1][2],导致精子受精能力的抑制。

体外研究 氨基嘌呤醇A(5和40μM;8小时)主要通过将细胞阻滞在细胞周期的G2期,并在较高浓度下触发凋亡来抑制细胞生长[2]。细胞周期分析[2]细胞系:人类U937白血病细胞浓度:5和40μM培养时间:8小时结果:早在5μM开始治疗8小时后,4N DNA含量的细胞数量就增加了。40μM导致细胞分裂和DNA分布不规则的细胞,具有凋亡细胞群的特征。凋亡分析[2]细胞系:人U937白血病细胞浓度:5和40μM培养时间:8小时结果:40μM氨基嘌呤醇A导致细胞凋亡,而不是在5μM开始治疗后。
