安他拉明(盐酸)是一种非肽促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素受体1(CRHR1)拮抗剂,Ki为1nM。盐酸安塔拉明抑制动物模型中CRH诱导的ACTH分泌,阻断CRH和新奇感诱导的焦虑样行为。盐酸安塔拉明在关节炎模型中产生抗炎作用,并抑制与肠易激综合征相关的应激性胃溃疡[1][2][3]。
