描述 HeE1-2Tyr是一种吡啶苯并噻唑化合物,是一种黄病毒RNA依赖性RNA聚合酶(RdRp)抑制剂。HeE1-2Tyr在体外显著抑制西尼罗河、登革热和SARS-CoV-2 RdRps(IC50为27.6µM)的活性[1][2]。

体外研究 HeE1-2Tyr具有抗病毒活性,它能够抑制乌干达西尼罗河病毒株,IC50为2.1µM,以及所有四种登革热病毒(DENV)血清型,IC50为6.8至15µM。HeE1-2Tyr对Vero E6细胞的细胞毒性约为115µM[1]。此外,在感染人类HEK 293细胞(CC50为50µM)后,HeE1-2Tyr抑制黄热病病毒的临床菌株,IC50值范围为3.9至12µM[1]。HeE1-2Tyr完全抑制SARS-CoV-2和猫冠状病毒(FIPV)的复制[2]。
