体外研究 GABAA受体制剂7(化合物5c)在4-AP诱导的高兴奋性模型中显示抗惊厥活性,IC50为0.452µM【1】。GABAA受体制剂7(0.01-100µM;0-140 s)以剂量依赖性方式增加GABA诱导的GABAA1受体激活,EC50为3.08µM【1】。
体内研究 GABAA受体制剂7在ED50为31.81 mg/kg和TD50为547.89 mg/kg的小鼠中显示出抗惊厥活性【1】。GABAA受体制剂7特异性地减轻PTZ诱导的小鼠癫痫发作,但不减轻MES诱导的小鼠癫痫发作【1】。
