• 体外研究: 曲美脑酸(1 mg/mL；15-30分钟)通过激活ERK1/2信号通路诱导B16-F1细胞中自噬相关蛋白(Beclin-1、Atg12和LC3)的上调[1]。曲美脑酸(1 mg/mL；24小时；B16-F1细胞)具有双重协同机制,可发挥抗黑素生成作用[1]。曲美脑酸(0.1-4 mg/mL；52小时；B16-F1细胞)分别使转染抗mTOR和Atg5的siRNA的细胞中的黑色素合成增加约20%和40%[1]。Western Blot分析[1]细胞系：B16-F1细胞浓度：1mg/mL孵育时间：15和30min结果：磷酸化p38、磷酸化ERK1/2、Beclin-1、Atg12和LC3的表达水平分别增加约46%、10%、48%、126%和49%。Western Blot分析[1]细胞系：B16-F1细胞浓度：1 mg/mL孵育时间：24小时结果：增加ERK1/2和p-ERK1/2的表达,降低MITF、酪氨酸酶和TRP 1水平。
